Job summary

Plumb & Parts, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Luton to lead and develop the team, ensure safe, efficient operations and support sales growth.

You will report to the Operations Manager, drive performance, and help manage day-to-day duties, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, plus paid overtime on Saturdays when required. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.
• Communicating effectively across the business.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break and the occasional Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
