Overview:

Gopuff is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Operations Supervisor plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a core part of the store leadership team, responsible for ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery to customers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse team during your shift, demonstrating best practices and training new team members with confidence in processes and products.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Serve as the point of contact for drivers during your shift, ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
• Resolve issues such as customer substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Manage goods in/out, including receiving products from vendors, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee stock management, including inventory organization, cycle counts, and waste reduction, in partnership with TooGoodToGo.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

About You:

• Experience in a restaurant, dark store, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of basic web-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite).
• Strong work ethic: punctual, responsible, honest.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible and available during peak hours (5pm - 4:30am).
