We reach over 3 million viewers per month and have built an online community of 287,000+ followers. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards, organization, and timeliness.
We seek a highly organized Production Manager with hands-on experience managing editors, overseeing content workflows, and producing high-performing social media content.
If you lack proven experience and are not highly proficient with the tools listed below, this role may not be suitable for you.
Required Experience:
This role requires prior experience managing editors and overseeing post-production workflows. It is not suitable for beginners or those still learning on the job.

• Location: UK-based
• Remote: 90%
• Working hours: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday (flexible with deadlines)
• Occasional in-person days and quarterly meetings

• Salary: £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
