Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the leadership and operational delivery of its Practices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Operations Partner and Operations Team to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across Practice operations.

This role is a 6-month contract with a hybrid work setup (2 days per week in the office). The ideal candidate will bring experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, resource management or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to deputise, take initiative and work with leadership.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, planning and operational processes.
• BPSS clearance holder or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Align operations with organisational goals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support governance frameworks and stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Assist with financial forecasting, reporting and resource planning.
• Act as liaison and escalation point to support issue resolution and prioritise business priorities.
• Establish clear governance structures and objectives; develop strategic communications and reporting.
• Manage RAID activities and support risk mitigation.
• Support resourcing and recruitment activities within the Practices.
• Assist with financial and capacity planning.
• Support Practice operations and HR process coordination.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and anticipate operational needs.
• Deputise and take initiative when required.
