ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in Oldham for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home). You will support the sales team from quote and order processing through to delivery coordination, liaising with multiple departments to ensure accurate data and a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Support e-commerce and online order-related enquiries
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure successful order completion
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Support sales colleagues in delivering excellent customer service and identifying growth opportunities
• Direct customers to appropriate teams for technical, financial, or account support
• Manage customer transactions in line with company processes
• Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products and complete solution-based sales
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, invoice queries, and service concerns
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience across all interactions
