Placements24 is seeking a strategic Business Operations Manager to optimize efficiency and drive cross-functional initiatives. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to Randburg, Gauteng, and focuses on aligning operations with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a 6+ year track record in operations or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with process modeling and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and change management.
