Production Assistant (Operations & Facilities)

Location: Catford SE6 (on-site)

Department: Production

Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Reports to: Production Managers

Role Overview

The Production Assistant is a key support role within a busy, structured Production Department. Working closely with the Production Managers, you’ll assist with operations, equipment management, logistics and day‑to‑day delivery across all services.

This role suits someone organised, proactive and detail‑focused who enjoys variety and supporting an energetic team.

A Varied, Hands‑On Role

You’ll be involved in event preparation, stock control, packing equipment, admin tasks and wider operational planning. This is a strong opportunity to gain experience in operations, logistics, facilities and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
  • Assist with planning and scheduling daily activities
  • Support smooth delivery of clubs, camps and events
  • Prepare schedules, checklists and resource plans
Equipment & Logistics
  • Help source and order equipment and supplies
  • Pack, distribute and collect resources for sites
  • Maintain accurate stock records
Administrative Duties
  • Support with documents, reports and spreadsheets
  • Keep internal systems and records updated
  • Assist with communication between internal teams
On‑Site Support
  • Attend selected events, set‑ups and collections
  • Provide practical hands‑on support when needed

  • Methodical with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with good task management
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • A confident communicator (written & verbal)
  • Reliable, responsible and solutions‑focused

Experience & Requirements
