Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking an Operations Administrator to manage and optimise our operations platform. You’ll configure user accounts, roles and workflows across Zendesk/Fin/Freshdesk, leveraging AI tools to drive efficient deployment and clean architecture.

Collaboration with care, onboarding and IT teams will be essential to deliver high-quality support operations. You’ll monitor performance, analyze data for improvements, and develop training materials to enable teams.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and administering an Operations Platform (e.g., Zendesk, Fin, or Freshdesk).
• Ability to configure system fields, workflows, and routing.
• Familiarity with AI tooling to drive efficient configuration.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating with care, onboarding, IT, and other teams.

Responsibilities
