Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a results-driven professional to enhance Merchant Operations and implement AI-powered process improvements. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to map and redesign end-to-end processes, delivering scalable, frictionless experiences for merchants.

With a background in payments operations and a passion for data-driven transformation, you’ll lead AI tooling initiatives and coach analysts across teams in a fast-paced, hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations within payments, merchant or business support.
• 2+ years in process excellence across global teams and locations.
• Experience mapping end-to-end processes and designing future-state solutions.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations.
• Lean & systems thinking with ability to scale solutions across teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchant Operations by collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement processes for Merchant Care and Merchant Configuration.
• Unwind, rebuild and reimagine existing processes for a frictionless, world-class merchant experience.
• Identify business challenges via data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Present findings and design plans clearly to stakeholders globally.
• Drive AI-driven process transformation and build custom workflow automations.
• Coach and partner with frontline analysts to accelerate AI tool adoption.
