Checkout.com is seeking a skilled Operations & Process Improvement professional to join our Merchants Operations team in London. You will design and implement end-to-end processes across global teams, focusing on onboarding experiences, post-onboarding lifecycle issues, and scalable AI-powered automations.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, present findings clearly, and drive transformation through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations within the payments industry (merchant or business support)
• 2+ years of process excellence across global teams
• Experience designing end-to-end processes and scale
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents or automations
• Ability to drive change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsabilités

• Support Merchant Operations by defining and implementing processes for Merchant Care and Merchant Configuration
• Unwind and redesign existing processes for a frictionless merchant experience
• Identify business challenges via data analysis with stakeholders
• Present findings and plans clearly to global stakeholders
• Drive AI-driven process transformation and build custom automations
• Coach frontline analysts to adopt AI tools and become self-sufficient
