Job summary

Checkout.com in London is seeking an experienced Operations professional to design and optimize end-to-end workflows for digital-asset and regulated payment capabilities. You will translate product, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable processes and controls.

You will collaborate across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant teams to establish governance, metrics, and automated workflows, while leveraging AI tools and modern tooling to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process design or operational excellence driving transformation in fintech.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar structured methodologies.
• Ability to translate product, regulatory and technical requirements into actionable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process design and redesigns for new product launches across operational functions.
• Operationalise capabilities by translating requirements into actionable processes, controls and handoffs.
• Design operating models for risk, compliance and merchant operations and establish governance, metrics and automated workflows.
