Job summary

Lyst is seeking a Customer Ops Specialist to own AI-driven workflows, automation, and reporting that scale customer care with business needs. You will identify recurring issues using data, work with stakeholders, and implement scalable solutions across Zendesk, Intercom, and the new platform.

You will lead analytics on ticket taxonomy, measure deflection lift, and ensure GDPR compliance while driving improvements in automation and accuracy across our support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-driven customer support workflows.
• Strong data analytics to identify root causes in ticket data.
• Hands-on with helpdesk platforms and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own customer ops analytics: ticket taxonomy, omnichannel volume, live reporting.
• Build dashboards to surface friction drivers in real time.
• Identify automation opportunities and streamlining in migration to new platforms.
• Ensure GDPR compliance through data quality and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Product to explain why ticket volumes change.
