Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced operations environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking ability.
• Understanding of operation platform workflows and processes.
• Preferred experience as an Operations Administrator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer an Operations Platform (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk) including user accounts, roles and workflows.
• Configure and manage system fields, workflows, routing, and automation.
• Use AI tools to drive efficient platform configuration and clean architecture.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal operation.
• Integrate with other software and chat tools to streamline operations.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop and update training materials and user guides.
• Collaborate with customer support, IT and other departments to implement solutions.
• Propose and implement process improvements for the support team.
• Ensure platform compliance with company policies and regulations.
