We have a great opportunity to join Thames Water as an Operations Performance Manager, working across Witney and the surrounding area. You will assist with the daily operations of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works and manage a small, multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians.
With our operations' environmental impact at the forefront, you will drive improvements in site operations and assets, aiming to enhance outcomes for our customers and the environment.
You should inspire and motivate your team, understanding each member to foster a strong team environment.
You will operate from the main site at Witney STW and visit other sites regularly, requiring a driving license and vehicle. The role involves 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota for escalations, as we operate 24/7.
