About The Role

As the Associate Marketing Manager for Digital Performance Marketing, you will drive conversions and provide campaign insights to support omnichannel paid media strategies across Amazon, Zalando, and DTC platforms within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating with eCommerce and eTail Sales teams, your goal is to grow online business share through optimized cross-channel campaigns.

Your responsibilities include creating and managing media campaigns, crafting briefs for agencies, analyzing performance through reports and dashboards, and optimizing campaigns with digital platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Zalando ZMS, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing.

What You’ll Do In The Role
  • Omni-channel strategy: Develop and own online paid media strategies for brands on multiple platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
  • Maximize search share and ROAS: Create channel-specific tactics to enhance performance on eTail platforms.
  • Online sales performance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure excellent online sales results.
  • Agency management: Maintain strong relationships with external digital partners, explore new partnerships as needed.
  • Campaign management: Brief external partners, ensure digital assets are ready for campaign execution.
  • Sales targets: Support achievement of online sales goals, identify growth opportunities.
  • Media KPIs: Track, report, and forecast paid media performance, manage budgets, and present insights to teams.
What Will Help You Do The Job Well
  • University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing within a similar industry, managing comparable budgets.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for joining a growing company with fast-moving brands.
