We have a fantastic opportunity to join Thames Water as an Operations Performance Manager based at our wastewater treatment site on the outskirts of Oxford.
You will lead a newly created frontline support team of technicians responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and improvements of wastewater treatment processes at Oxford STW for the project upgrade, within the Thames Valley North Area of Waste & Bioresources Operations.
With the impact of our operations on the environment being at the forefront of everything we do, you will steer performance improvements on the site, with the opportunity to implement changes for the betterment of all parties, primarily our customers and the environment.
