Job summary

Ex excellis Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day facilities management across multiple sites. You will manage Area Sales Managers, improve processes, and uphold high service standards, with autonomy to make decisions and drive improvements.

The role requires prior FM operations leadership, strong soft FM knowledge with an understanding of hard FM, and excellent people management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Contracts Manager or similar within Facilities Management.
• Strong experience within Soft FM, with a good understanding of Hard FM services.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent organisational, communication and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away overnight.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring efficient service delivery and high operational standards
• Managing and supporting Area Sales Managers, monitoring performance and ensuring business objectives are achieved
• Developing and improving operational processes, systems and procedures to support continued business growth

Great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing Facilities Management franchise offering long-term stability, genuine job satisfaction and excellent earning potential. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage Area Sales Managers, improve internal processes and ensure high standards of service delivery.
