Job summary

Excellis Recruitment Ltd is advertising an Operations Manager – Facilities Management in Bexley. The role offers £40,000–£44,000 plus a Company Car/Van and bonus/commission arrangements, with long-term stability and significant earning potential within a growing franchise.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, support Area Sales Managers, and drive process improvements while collaborating with directors. A strong FM background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Contracts Manager or similar within Facilities Management.
• Strong experience within Soft FM, with a good understanding of Hard FM services.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent organisational, communication and people management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away overnight.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring efficient service delivery and high operational standards
• Managing and supporting Area Sales Managers, monitoring performance and ensuring business objectives are achieved
• Developing and improving operational processes, systems and procedures to support continued business growth
• Working closely with company directors while having full autonomy to make decisions and implement improvements
