Insight Executive Group are working on an Operations Manager role for a leading global FM provider based in London.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in North London with a starting salary of up to £60k. The role will suit candidates with FM experience within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Managerial background in FM to lead both Hard and Soft FM operations.
• Solid understanding of FM and Commercial Operations.
• Degree educated or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of all FM services (soft bias).
• Collaborate with all FM functions on the contract (Soft FM: cleaning and waste).
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client organization.
• Ensure FM service delivery meets contract SLAs, KPIs and performance parameters.
• Integrate M&E and Soft Services to achieve high customer satisfaction.

The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• the operational delivery of all FM services (soft bias)
• working collaboratively with all the FM functions on the contract (in particular the Soft FM contract (cleaning and waste)
• establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels within the business and the client organisation
• ensuring the FM service provision with the contract is in line with the contractual SLAs, KPIs and other relevant performance parameters
• ensuring the integration of M&E and Soft Services to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful Operations Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• a managerial background in FM to add value to the management and delivery of both the Hard and Soft FM operations
• A sound understanding of FM and Commercial Operations.
