Job summary

Insight Executive Group is handling an Operations Manager role for a leading global FM provider based in London. The position is full-time and based in North London, with a starting salary of up to £60k.

Experience in delivering FM services in a manufacturing context.
Based in or willing to be based in North London for a full-time role.
Strong understanding of FM and Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational delivery of all FM services (soft bias).
Collaborate with all FM functions on the contract, notably Soft FM (cleaning and waste).
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the client organisation.
Ensure FM service provision aligns with SLAs, KPIs and performance parameters.
Integrate M&E and Soft Services to achieve high customer satisfaction; bring FM management experience to Hard and Soft FM operations.
Demonstrate sound understanding of FM and Commercial Operations.
