Job summary

Mount Charles is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Operations teams across Northern Ireland. The role drives service delivery for cleaning, housekeeping, security and related services, ensuring financial and safety compliance.

You will manage budgets, oversee HR processes and collaborate with clients to retain and grow business. The successful candidate will have a valid driving licence, strong communication skills, and experience in Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• Be fully conversant with and understand contract requirements and scope of services.
• Establish effective customer relationships to influence retention and growth.
• Health & safety knowledge is essential for daily operations.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, direction and leadership to all Operations teams within your area to meet operating and financial goals.
• Oversee client operations including cleaning, housekeeping, security, healthcare cleaning and combined services.
• Ensure reports, payroll, health and safety, accident reporting and HR processes are followed.
• Manage budgetary performance and allocate resources to achieve efficiency and financial targets.
• Support sales/tender activity where required.
