Mount Charles is recruiting a Manager to oversee operations in the Belfast area. The role involves leading a customer-focused team in a world‑leading facilities management company, with 37.5 hours per week and a schedule including 9pm–5am shifts.

You will ensure induction and ongoing skills training, manage staff performance, and maintain client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a full driving licence, strong IT and payroll/HR system skills, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• Health & safety experience and compliance knowledge.
• Proficient IT skills including HR/payroll software.
• Full driving licence and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff complete induction and role-relevant training and identify retraining needs.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues per company policy.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Respond to client queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and cover with cleaning teams and mobile crews.
• Identify efficiency improvements in staffing and hours allocation to affect monthly results.
• Hold weekly meetings with Operations Managers.
• Liaise with clients to complete monthly KPI returns.
