Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams.
• Financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Health & Safety experience.
• IT literacy and use of Online HR, Payroll and Audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inductions and training are completed for staff.
• Handle staff performance and disciplinary matters per procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond to client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and absence cover with cleaning teams.
• Identify improvements affecting monthly results and productivity.
• Hold weekly meetings with Operations Managers.
• Interface with client to complete monthly KPI returns.
