Job summary

Mount Charles Group is a leading private provider of soft facilities management, catering and ancillary services. We are recruiting for an Industrial Manager to oversee cleaning and waste across multiple Belfast sites and drive safety and sustainability initiatives.

You will manage large teams, ensure compliance with COSHH and environmental rules, and lead mobilisation of new contracts while delivering high service standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in industrial cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of waste management practices and environmental compliance.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.).
• Basic statutory training for safety and communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial cleaning services across multiple client sites.
• Lead cleaning and waste programmes, ensure KPI/SLA alignment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and duty of care.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and waste reduction opportunities.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of teams.
• Maintain staffing to meet 24/7 operational demands.
