We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team covering the Nottingham/Oxford and Midlands area. If you have a knack for managing clients and inspiring diverse internal teams, including General Managers, this is the role for you!

  3. Oversee Excellence: Ensure outstanding site management and operational standards across all locations.
  4. Recruit and Develop Talent: Attract and nurture top-tier site managers, building a high-calibre team that excels.
  5. Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships through regular client liaison.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in contract catering in a field-based role.
  2. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a large, diverse team.
  3. Confidence in handling numbers and managing profit and loss.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement competitive retail strategies.
  5. A background in a similar sector is desirable but not essential.
