Job description

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team within the Healthcare division.
Whether you bring a wealth of experience in a similar role or you're an established Area or Group Manager ready to step up, this could be the ideal next move in your career.

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of 13 catering sites across the North East, from Newcastle to Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with contract catering experience and a proven track record in multi-site management to drive operational excellence and lead high-performing teams.

As an Operations Manager with Elior UK, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service. From supporting and inspiring Site Managers to ensuring strong financial performance, you’ll play a key role in client relationships, quality standards, and business growth.

What you’ll be doing…

As an Operations Manager you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites
  • Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence, retain business and innovative menu planning
  • Plan, lead and deliver effective mobilisation/demobilisation of contracts, co-ordinating with relevant support function
