Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a premium club and deliver an exceptional member experience every day. You will oversee service delivery, manage teams, and act as Duty Manager to keep standards high.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, drive financial planning, and guide staff across functions while promoting an inclusive culture and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and lead and operate a DL Club to deliver a premier member experience.
• Oversee health & safety and compliance regulations.
• Drive operational efficiency and high service standards across the club to maximise member experience.
• Foster a sense of belonging and an inclusive culture while supporting team development and fulfillment of potential.
