Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Finchley club in the UK. The role focuses on leading a large service delivery facility, managing multiple functions, and delivering an exceptional member experience seven days a week.

You will act as Duty Manager, drive health & safety adherence, and oversee financial planning to maximise club performance and member satisfaction in a premium wellness environment.

As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).


• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.


• Experience of financial planning and management.


• Passionate about customer service.
