David Lloyd Clubs in Narborough is seeking an Activities Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of all club activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, guiding service delivery to members and overseeing staff performance.

We value strong communication, customer service and financial planning skills, and offer pathways for career development within our premium health and wellness network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.

Responsibilities
