Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Worthing is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, ensuring members feel safe and receive an excellent experience every day.

You will assist with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and supporting teams as needed, contributing to a warm, efficient environment where staff feel valued and customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused and friendly demeanor.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet and assist members to ensure an excellent experience every day.
• Support teams and operations to maintain smooth club functioning.
