Nuffield Health Kingston FWC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our fitness and wellbeing club. You will manage teams, drive performance, and embed a strong safety and service culture to deliver high standards for members.

Experience in leisure or hospitality, plus a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor and health and safety qualification, is preferred. Join us to help build a healthier nation and enjoy excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor (NPLQ) is preferred.
• Health and safety qualification is desirable.

• Continually improve site standards.
