Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting an Operations Manager for our Birmingham Rubery Fitness & Wellbeing Club. You will lead operations, uphold safety standards, and drive service excellence across the team, ensuring efficient daily runs and a welcoming member experience.

You’ll work with the General Manager on technical guidance, promote a sales-minded culture in duty management and reception, and lead recruitment and development to deliver quality and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Operational background in leisure or hospitality settings.
• NPLQ Assessor certification or equivalent.
• Health & safety qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal audits.
• Support the General Manager with technical guidance and oversight.
• Continually improve site standards and guest experience.
