Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking an Operations Manager for its Chingford FWC. This fixed-term, full-time role drives site standards, safety compliance, and team leadership while embedding a service and sales mindset among staff.

The position requires operational experience in leisure or hospitality, plus a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor and health and safety qualification. Benefits include gym access and health perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure or hospitality operations.

As an Operations Manager at our club, you’ll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry. You’re a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements

• Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance

• Continually improve site standards

• Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams

• Nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members
