Job summary

Nuffield Health in London is seeking an Operations Manager for our Fitness & Wellbeing Club. You will oversee site operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and support the General Manager with technical guidance to improve performance and standards.

Experience in leisure or hospitality, plus a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor and a health and safety qualification, will help you lead teams, recruit staff and embed a sales mindset to grow services for members.
