Job summary

Nuffield Health in Chingford is seeking an Operations Manager on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will bring an operational background in leisure or hospitality and lead and develop teams to deliver high standards while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement, embed a sales mindset in duty teams, and support audits and performance reviews. The role offers a generous benefits package and up to £38,000 per year.

• Operational background in leisure or hospitality.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor.
• Health and safety qualification.
