Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join the Operations and Management Graduate Programme at the Croydon branch. You will start as a Service Team Leader, managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and reporting to the Service Centre Manager.

The programme focuses on Health and Safety, route planning and KPI delivery to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence. With structured development, you will progress through roles including Field Account Manager and Regional Account

Formación

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (business-related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• Candidate should show drive, initiative and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop across different business areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Customer Delivery Representatives to meet KPI targets (Health & Safety, State of Service, Productivity).
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer-facing time and minimise driving time.
• Provide daily debriefs to reports and re-plan to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Centre Manager and other leaders to achieve branch objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication to relay business requirements to CDRs and ensure task clarity.
