Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join its Operations and Management Graduate Programme at the Leeds branch. Start as a Service Team Leader, coordinating a team of Customer Delivery Representatives to meet KPIs, health and safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers structured development within a FTSE100 company and opportunities to progress into sales and account management after 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (any subject).
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Bonus and commission schemes available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and report to the Service Centre Manager.
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Debrief daily with reports to ensure planned works are completed.
• Support service management and coordinate customer service requests.
• Ensure health and safety and achievement of KPIs.
