Job summary

Rentokil Initial are recruiting for the Initial - Operations and Management Graduate Programme in Fareham. You will start as a Service Team Leader, managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and reporting to the Service Centre Manager, with KPI focus.

The programme offers formal training across different areas, a structured career path, and opportunities to move into sales and account management roles after 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a relevant subject (business, transport, logistics, supply chain or management preferred).
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers.
• Desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Provide clarity on customer service expectations for drivers and ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate service requests with the service management team to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Service Centre Manager and team leaders to achieve branch objectives.
• Manage performance of Customer Delivery Representatives to ensure contracted hours and daily calls.
• Contribute to route solutions and identify service deficiencies for improvement.
• Plan and organize resources to ensure efficient service operation and adherence to safety policies.
