Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business/logistics or management preferred)
• Full UK manual driving licence

• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
• Desire to work with people and provide excellent service

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and report to the Service Centre Manager
• Plan weekly routes for maximum customer facing time and minimal driving time
• Provide clear standards on customer service for drivers and support service requests
• Collaborate with the Service Centre Manager and other leaders to hit branch objectives
• Manage hours, calls and performance of CDRs and adjust routes as needed
