Rentokil Initial plc in Fareham invites graduates to join the Operations and Management Graduate Programme. Start as a Service Team Leader and develop core skills in people management, KPI delivery, and customer service.

You will plan routes weekly, debrief daily, and drive improvements across health and safety, productivity and vehicle maintenance. The role combines hands-on field work with structured development days in a FTSE100 company.

Qualificações

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (business-related, transport, logistics or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clarity on the business expectations of customer service for drivers.
• Assist various members of the service management team whilst coordinating requests.
• Work alongside the Service Centre Manager, Service Manager and Other Service Team Leaders.
• Manage performance to ensure drivers work contracted hours and calls.
• Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
• Identify sub-standard customer service, route deficiencies or performance issues.
