Job summary

Rentokil Initial is offering an Operations and Management Graduate Programme at the Leeds branch. You will start as a Service Team Leader, managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and reporting to the Service Centre Manager.

The role focuses on KPI delivery, route planning, and customer satisfaction in a FTSE100 environment. The programme includes extensive industry training, career progression, and a structured path into sales and management roles with regular bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business-related, transport, logistics or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and report to the Service Centre Manager.
• Ensure delivery of Key KPIs including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance and Productivity.
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Conduct daily debriefings to ensure planned works are completed and re-plan as necessary.
