Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business-related preferred)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in the field dealing with customers
• Willing to work with people and provide excellent customer service
• Desire to work hard and have fun

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and report to the Service Centre Manager
• Ensure delivery of KPIs including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance and Productivity
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer-facing time and minimise driving time
• Brief direct reports daily to ensure planned works are completed and re-plan as needed
• Provide clarity on customer service expectations and coordinate service requests
• Support and coordinate CDR resources to meet company standards and customer needs
