Love Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Central Operations Manager to oversee the UK & Ireland operation, ensuring smooth daily running and scalable growth. The role is hybrid with three days in the office, focusing on systems, processes, and people management.

You’ll own operational improvements, lead the Member Solutions function, and collaborate with franchisees and partners to deliver reliable service and initiatives that impact the network positively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, systems, or improvement roles.
• Strong project management experience with multi-site exposure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership of teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve core operational systems and processes.
• Act as first point of escalation for operational issues and drive resolution.
• Lead the Member Solutions function and support customer service excellence.
• Coordinate day-to-day IT requirements and external technology providers.
• Deliver operational projects and support new system implementations.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships across the network to meet needs.
