COREcruitment seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations for a multi-site QSR & franchise group spanning London to the Midlands. The role is to own operational performance, people development, and strategic growth beyond store-level management.

The successful candidate will lead the estate, improve service standards, drive profitable growth and work closely with owners to shape future expansion and operational structure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations in QSR/fast casual or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive performance, people development and commercial results.
• Strong leadership, change management and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of performance across the estate including sales, labour, costs and service standards.
• Develop and coach management teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Implement training, onboarding and sign-off processes to ensure capability across sites.
• Shape future operational structure and growth across the estate.
• Provide clear reporting and commercial recommendations to owners.
