Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management for retail, commercial and leisure projects. You will report to the board, oversee senior management, and drive performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior operational teams.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects.
• Experience in retail, refurbishment or framework-led environments.
• Tier One or Tier Two contractor experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage senior personnel including Contracts Managers, Health & Safety, HR and other functions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across key accounts and frameworks.
• Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects and teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, planning and business performance.
• Collaborate with directors to support growth and strategic direction.
• Support tendering activity and help win new opportunities.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients and operations teams.
