Job summary

COREcruitment has partnered with a fast-growing UK franchise business to recruit an experienced Franchise Operations Manager. The role covers supporting franchise partners and new openings across the UK with regular travel.

You will manage relationships, audits and performance reviews, coaching franchisees and shaping the operating model as the estate expands. This is a high-impact, UK-wide leadership position.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise operations, ideally within QSR, fast casual, food retail, grab & go or hospitality.
• Experience supporting multiple franchise partners and/or new openings.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with franchise partners across the UK.
• Support new store openings, including setup, training and launch.
• Act as the key operational contact for franchisees.
• Conduct regular brand and operational audits.
• Review performance and work with partners on sales, labour, standards and profitability.
• Coach and support franchisees to improve day-to-day operations.
• Help develop and implement the franchise operating model as the estate grows.
• Work closely with senior leadership and support the wider operations team.
