Job summary

Love Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Central Operations Manager to keep the UK & Ireland operation running smoothly and support growth. This is a hands-on role with ownership of systems, processes, operational support, projects and people, working closely with franchisees, internal teams and external partners.

The role involves leading the Member Solutions function, coordinating day-to-day IT needs, delivering operational projects and using data to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, systems, project management, or similar role.
• Strong operational and project management experience.
• Experience leading and developing people; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and improving core operational systems and processes.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and driving to resolution.
• Leading the Member Solutions function and supporting excellent customer service.
• Coordinating day-to-day IT requirements and external technology providers.
• Delivering operational projects and supporting new systems implementations.
• Using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Building relationships across the business to ensure solutions meet network needs.
