As the Operations Lead in our North West OOH (Out of Hours) service, you will be supervising and assisting our coordinators and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of our service. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating their performance, conducting regular appraisals and audits to motivate staff in providing quality service.
You will also be involved in recruiting new staff and implementing training and workshops for both new and current employees as required. You will report to the Operations Manager on any issues that arise, prepare statistical data for meetings, and discuss plans to improve the service.
