About TALA

TALA, a digital-first women’s activewear company founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley, has experienced rapid growth. With strong organic social traction and a multi-channel marketing strategy, we have attracted significant venture capital funding and are expanding rapidly. We are seeking a Wholesale & Operations Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Logistics Manager.

Tasks

1. Product SKU Management:
   • Support the Buying & Merchandising team in setting up SKUs in Zedonk.
   • Create barcodes and price labels.
2. Wholesale Operations:
   • Liaise with warehouse for wholesale order picking and dispatch.
   • Book wholesale deliveries with partners using their portals and carriers.
   • Share wholesale partner requirements (Country of Origin, HTS code, EAN code, MID).
   • Communicate picking discrepancies and packing requirements to the wholesale team.
   • Handle invoicing for wholesale orders.
3. D2C Operations:
   • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse and carriers to resolve order queries.
   • Assist the Logistics Manager with forecasting for new launches.
4. Systems and Processes:
   • Support process improvements and reporting to enhance customer experience and provide data insights.
   • Propose process improvements to the Logistics Manager.
   • Assist with inbound deliveries, inventory management, and order-related queries.
   • Analyze shipping invoices and report errors.
   • In the absence of the Logistics Manager, lead weekly and monthly reporting duties.
