Position: Director of Permanent Recruitment (UK, Europe & Africa)

Energy Risk Engineer – Remote – Permanent UK

1. Provide risk engineering technical support to stakeholders to help reduce exposures in the business portfolio, including during acquisition, retention, and recovery processes.
2. Undertake field surveys and produce risk improvement recommendations.
3. Offer technical support to clients/insured on projects.
4. Deliver risk engineering services to clients and accounts by participating in risk selection and developing service programs.
5. Create reports and presentations for internal staff, clients, and brokers.
6. Assess budget costs for service plans, develop and monitor execution, ensuring budget adherence.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Health & Safety, Reliability, Maintenance, or engineering roles in industrial operations.
2. Ability to analyze technical issues, summarize findings, and identify corrective actions.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
4. Proficient technical report writing skills.
5. Willingness to travel within UKI and internationally if needed.
